• Any application missing information will be deemed incomplete and not considered.

• All information shall be treated in confidence.

• A clear and recent headshot must be included.

• A letter of recommendation from a current member is required, applicants without a recommendation from a current member will be asked to meet with our membership team.

•  membership dues and initiation fees are as follows:

  • Standard membership $1000 annually.

  • Premium membership $2,500 annually.

  • Elite membership dues are $5,000 annually. 

• Membership dues are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.

• Your provided billing details will not be charged until your membership application has been reviewed and accepted by our Membership Committee.
